Q.01What is NexFuel?+
NexFuel is a cloud-based Operations OS built specifically for fuel stations (petrol pumps). It handles shift management, variance tracking, fuel operations (dip logs, receiving), credit sales, convenience store POS, full HR & Payroll, and 13 built-in reports. It is not a generic POS — every feature is designed for fuel station workflows.
Q.02How does the shift reconciliation work?+
Each shift starts with an L1 employee entering nozzle meter readings and cash on hand. At closing, NexFuel automatically calculates the variance between expected and actual cash. An L2 supervisor reviews and approves. Minor variances are auto-approved based on configurable thresholds. Large variances require manager sign-off.
Q.03Can I manage credit customers?+
Yes. You can set credit limits per customer, record credit sales against vehicle numbers, view aging statements, calculate late payment interest, and track total outstanding. Alerts for overdue balances can be sent via WhatsApp or SMS.
Q.04Does it work on mobile?+
NexFuel is a Progressive Web App (PWA). It works on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile — from a browser. You can install it to your home screen for a native app-like experience, including offline support for critical functions.
Q.05Is this for one station or multiple?+
NexFuel supports multiple stations under one account. Each station has its own nozzles, tanks, credit customers, and reports. Talk to us about a setup that fits your stations.
Q.06Do I need special hardware?+
No. NexFuel runs entirely in the browser on any existing device. No proprietary hardware required. If you want to integrate with tank gauges or forecourt controllers, ask us about custom integrations.
Q.07Will my customers have a mobile app?+
Yes. We provide a dedicated mobile app for your fuel customers. They can track their vehicle fuel history, check credit limits, and view their loyalty points and rewards right from their phone.
